View the results to the survey by clicking on the "Survey Results" button located above! Results include the answers to questions aggregated by state, for each district, and for every school that met, or exceeded, the 50% minimum response rate.

The voices of almost 60% of the state's educators were captured in this year's survey, providing valuable data for school improvement planning. Across the state, 78% of schools reached the minimum response rate of 50%, meaning these schools will be able to use their own data as they plan for the next year.

The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) Delaware survey is an anonymous statewide survey of licensed school-based educators to assess teaching conditions at the school, district and state level.

The TELL Delaware survey was administered January 22-February 25, 2013. School-based licensed educators were able to complete the survey anytime during the five-week window, 24 hours a day, from any Internet location using the anonymous access code provided.
