Just landed – Fyber’s Offer Wall Edge Multi Reward Offers

You asked, and we answered! We are excited to announce that Multi Reward offers are now available on our Offer Wall Edge!

This new multi reward offer type helps publishers boost revenue quicker and bring the best in-game experience to their users. The feature also enables advertisers to gain better engagement and retention rates from the acquired users, who extend their interaction with the advertised product by completing multiple actions for more rewards along the way.

What makes Multi Reward offers so rewarding?

Multi Reward offers allow advertisers to create a more engaging experience for users, as opposed to the current single-action offers available on the Offer Wall. With Multi Reward, as users progress with the required actions (such as reaching a certain level or completing an in-app action), they earn incremental rewards in the journey to reach the final objective of the offer and receive the final reward.

Let’s use a simple example:
Single-action offers may require that the user installs an app and reaches level 15 to receive a reward. The user is only rewarded if the task was fully completed, so installing the app but failing to pass level 14 would result in no reward at all.
Multi Reward offers also reward users achieving milestones before completing the ultimate goal of the offer. For example, a small reward on level 5, another one on level 10 – and the final one on level 15.

ACP Edge sets you apart with self-serve management

Advertisers have complete control over the setup of Multi Reward Offers with our self-serve campaign management platform – ACP Edge, and they can define the total value of the offer (i.e. the bid), number of events and how that value is split between the different events.

Visit our developer docs for detailed guidelines on how to set up Multi Reward offers!

Our advanced analytics platform, Offer Wall Report, now supports full-funnel reporting for Multi Reward Offers, giving advertisers full transparency into how many of the users that engaged with a Multi Reward Offer completed each event.

For publishers, supporting Multi Reward offers is completely seamless and will not require an SDK update.

A new Multi Reward design and tag that easily stands out to users inside the Offer Wall

Publishers’ monetization strategy is boosted

> Increase your ARPDAU by 16% and ARPDEU by 25% on average. Publishers receive incremental revenue from partial completions of offers that in the case of single-action offers did not lead to any payout.

> Win-Win situation. Users will get rewarded for partial completion of offers, making more offers relevant to more users. This increases the Offer Wall engagement rate, improves the overall conversion rate and provides users with the opportunity to earn and spend more in-app currency earlier, as compared to single-action offers.

> Better user experience = better retention. The increase in ‘easy offer’ availability through partial completion of difficult/longer offers diversifies the Offer Wall experience and gives users more opportunities to earn the exact amount of virtual currency needed to continue to make progress in your game.

Advertisers gain new avenues to ROAS

> Increase reach. With a proven 2.5X increase in install rate of Multi-Reward, you can now expose more users to difficult tasks that they wouldn’t usually interact with.

> Improve engagement and retention rate.Keep users engaged and motivated by creating attractive milestones that would lead users towards deep post-install events that deliver higher ROAS by 25% on average. As a result, users have more appetite to continue playing your game (compared to regular offers). In Lilith Games’ case, users that engaged with their Multi-Reward offers benefited from the the revamped Offer Wall experience helping Lilith achieve a 56% retention rate uplift.

> Multi Reward offers can be previewed too. On our self-serve management platform, ACP Edge, you can set up and manage your campaigns directly. Use our preview feature to gain complete control and flexibility to tailor your offers. Once setup is complete, you can preview the offer using our offer preview to make sure it displays correctly and gives you an inside look into what the users will see.

Thinking user-first

With multiple rewards granted at different stages, users need to keep tabs. The new visible progress bar shows users how many stages are left and how many have been completed so far, and raises the likelihood a user will chase the next, higher-value offer.

We’ve upgraded the offer status page and added the visible progress bar displaying your accumulated rewards, number of tasks completed and days left to complete the offer.

This latest release aims to empower our clients, both publishers, and advertisers to earn an incremental revenue stream and make the most of their campaigns with Fyber Offer Wall Edge. We’re delighted to bring Multi Rewards to our partners as an additional avenue to bring a better user experience to your gameplay.

So, what are you waiting for?

Alright, so me and my g/f have been completing tasks to get gem rewards. Simple tasks work correctly and if we report, we usually get the gems (by simple I mean, no other obligations except reaching a certain level and the gem reward amount is at best, a few hundred gems). But lately, we tried some tasks with a time limit on them. We made sure to complete the tasks on time (even put a few dollars in the games for that), but "surprise", we completed the task following all instructions to the letter (we confirmed and checked again and again), but received no gems. So naturally we report the tasks to Fyber, but again, "surprise" their answer is either vague not-my-fault-must-be-yours, or they say that it's the game sponsors that will validate if we completed the task correctly. But obviously, we have no way to talk to that sponsor; Fyber is our only access door and they tell us it's not them (which makes it really convenient). So, no matter how many screenshots proof we send, or emails, conversation just stops and we never receive any gem rewards.

Thing is, we spend hours and hours on those games JUST to get the Dragon City gem rewards, and even put a few dollars thinking that getting 1200 gems for $8 is a pretty good deal... that is, unless they never give you the reward which is fine only for them!

So, this is extremely frustrating, I completely lost faith in Fyber, and stopped using the tasks altogether. Heck, why would I lose time and money just to be cheated and have a feeling that they stole money from me?

Furthermore, SocialPoint doesn't help either, stating that this is a 3rd party vendor and that they can't control whatever happens. But seriously, we cannot put any pressure on Fyber, we're just one of their I-don't-know-how-many users. We have no power at all. But SocialPoint could have, so we then feel cheated by them at the same time, further increasing our frustration.

Anybody else in the same situation??

    Default Fyber rewards

I completed the tasks in several applications and did not get a reward. I did this for the first time with every application. I wrote to tech support Fyber's. Provided them with evidence as they requested and still not get reward for app.

Sounds about right. I spent the time to finish a few and never got my plat. Sent in reports and they said that I either already received my plat( funny as it's not there or in my history) or they said that I had already completed this offer in the past(also funny because I for sure have not).

I have had no issues with the Fyber offers.

However, I have an issue with TapJoy. I have done one(1) offer and didn't get my plat. ZERO communication from TapJoy aside from an automated reply. It's been a good month. I send them an email almost daily asking for an update. I'm pretty sure they hate me and blocked my emails at this point.

    How it Works

    Step 1:

Offer Wall Edge is launched after a user opts in

    Step 2:

The user can choose from a variety of different offer types. You control the type, content, and genre of the offers

    Step 3:

The user completes the required action (e.g. install app, play game, fill out survey, etc.) and returns to the app

    Step 4:

Fyber credits the user with the corresponding value of the offer’s reward

Mothership boosts Lootboy’s revenue by 62% with Offer Wall Edge while reducing overhead costs

    Rewards fyber

Recently fyber offerwall has become nothing more than a scam. The last 4 offers I've completed for them have not paid out and customer service hasn't responded to the last 2 tickets I created. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Stick to tapjoy which always pays out and if there are any issues you can send in a screenshot as proof of completion to then receive points.

    Shiiitty customer service,massive scam

What a shi tty company....making an offer to receive point by reaching certain lvl or completing task on game.....i taking the offer that you have to reach specific lvl of the castle on lords mobile......when i have reached the the middle of the progress suddenly my offer got rejected which have a lot of point that can collected but this sh it head fyber rejected my offer....i have completed all the task that i can receive about 7 dollar but i only got 1 dollar because my task got rejected.....i have contacted the fyber customer care but they don't reply anything....they will block your offer if you reach some certain tasks that have the potential to receive a lot of points....so this is big no no to this company or developer or whatsoever.

    Not paying up earned tokens

I completed a 4 part deal with 2 days to spare. Three of the parts had been paid out, the final, largest one had not. Now claiming I missed the deadline. Utter rubbish. Either their system is inadequate or they are fraudulent. Wasted a lot of my time.

    Edward Abraham

Reported them to the BBB and Cricket

Reported them to the BBB and Cricket, completed an offer daily gave me half the credits I was supposed to get. Then after they take your sweet time answering my email they said I took too long, but I was done days before they offer was completed. Also says I completed the offer in 1970 which there were no PCS in those days even, they obviously have problems and they actually are ripping people off, i assume purposely by the way they answer your emails very poor support. You get an email from one person another answers it doesn't even read what the first person said. BBB fine and shut this place down, complete rip off artists.

    One of the worst offerwalls.

One of the worst offerwalls. I completed the offer and didn't recevie any credits. I contacted them and they reaponsed after 10 days. I said I did everything correctly and they never reaponsed. Its been already 30 days and still no response. Never do tasks from Fyber

    Fraudulent bait and switch company

Fraudulent bait and switch company. I finished a task in Monster Legends to earn in game rewards, documenting everything with pictures from day one and they still refuse to award me my in game currency. Nowhere in the game does it state the actual status of the task or the expiration date. They just make it all up as they see fit and keep it as vague as possible to get away with not paying players for their time, and in my case money wasted. The reason they gave me for not awarding my in game currency isn't even stated within the game itself, it's hidden outside the game within Fybers website. I wonder what the legality of that is? They bait players into taking on tasks that have absolutely zero chance of being completed. I'm currently in the process of contacting all of the companies that advertise through Fyber. I just wanted what i rightfully earned. Ticket #1250531.

    Utterly pathetic company.

    Utterly pathetic company.

I downloaded an app to take advantage of a progressive offer. I was rewarded for the first part but have been in a dispute for months over the other two tasks.

I reported the offer very early in proceedings, to receive their automated email. Despite weeks of chasing I got no responses.

I read out to the game owner (nordeus) to see if they can assist for me. After some promising correspondence in which they appeared to liaise with Fyber, I never got anywhere helpful.

Today I am told that they have rejected the offer reward due to Fraudulent Activity and that I have violated their terms of agreement. Not only is this false, I never received and correspondence to evidence their claim.

I am passive-aggressively asked to read the rules of the offer - like I had not done that already!!!

Cowardly company that avoid confrontation by blanking your emails. Offer rewards that cannot be claimed and then twist the knife by claiming YOU are the fraudulent one.

I have never experienced such a disgraceful company in my life and I cannot believe that more cannot be done to expose their corruption.

Would give ZERO stars if possible

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I downloaded a progressive offer. I did receive credits for the small steps along the way, however, did not receive my credits for completing the final task. I took screen shots of everything and submitted. After a few automated responses, I finalize received an email from a person. They stated that the offer had a 38 day window and there was still 17 days left in that window. They said the company had the balance of that window to validate that I had completed the offer and award credits. I waited out the time frame and still no credits. Reached out again, and now, again after a few automated responses, got a person who informe that the offer has expired and I am not eligible to receive credits. This is complete and utter garbage! I am attempting one more time to reach a person and have them take care of this. I will be more than happy to edit my review if that happens.

    Awful company, nothing but lies

Awful company. Completed an offer for them, got no rewards. Emailed them all my proof and got told I would have it sorted in 36 hours.

72 hours later, I emailed them again. I got a reply saying my ticket was updated, which now included my new email asking for an update.

36 hours later I got a new email... which asked me if I had done the tasks, to send some proof, and that it would be fixed in 36 hours. It was the exact same email they sent on day 1. Attached to my reference ticket, so I have a chat log that now has 3 responses from them, all of which are the same automated response.

They do nothing but lie. If you EVER consider using Fyber as a way to give your users rewards on your mobile phone app. Don't do it. Because a lot of the annoyance will be aimed at you, purely because Fyber screw you over and do nothing, so you can only complain at the app maker at that point and mark them down accordingly.

I've been cheated (at least) twice by…

I've been cheated (at least) twice by not having my offers credited after finishing. Many offers have ambiguous instructions and the customer service just tells you that they can't do anything to help you when in many cases it is clearly the company's fault. I personally feel that the offer walls were designed as whale bait and as a quick and easy way to make a profit whilst seeing people as numbers.

I Did Multiple Offers BUT No Reward

I did multiple offers for them for myself and did everything to the letter and no reward on top of that no way to report an offer. What a FÜCKEN fraudulent company, and waste of my time, plus Tapjoy was waay better. Plus they’re rewards are measly small and not worth doing the offers but still do, compared to what TapJoy offered this company is a ripoff con artist lol. What a joke 😂.

P.S. If I could give you fückers a 0 and the middle finger 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻which I did you would be set and good to go. Enjoy!

P.S.2 Avoid these FYBER people like the Bubonic Plague (The Black Death) and Red Death combined. They’re just that poisonous ☠️.
