Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface and save the box and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your unworn and resaleable items for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt date. It is imperative that the shoes are returned in the same condition as you received them. A refund will be issued within a few business days of receiving the return.  We do not pay for return shipping.
