    Good place to make money

But only during the summer and be prepared to work your tail off. Management is touch and go but most seem to care. Service is heavily emphasized but they forget to service their own employees at times

    Oppressive and disoraganized.

Micro-Management and abusive language frequently directed toward employees. I would discourage anyone from working in such an environment because you will be set up to fail.

Working at Three Leaf was a good learning experience. The best part of the job was the people in my office. The pay, benefits, and work-life balance was not the best, but I am glad I worked there and think that it would work well for many people.

Fast-paced, team oriented place to work

Three Leaf Concepts is a very team-oriented and fun place to work. It's well known and busy all times of day. The managers really try to make everyone happy and work with you to accommodate all different schedules (perfect for parents and students). As long as you are willing to put in your equal share of work, you will enjoy what you get out of it.

Lenny Martinelli of Three Leaf Concepts

Lenny Martinelli of Three Leaf ConceptsLenny Martinelli is the owner and Executive Chef of Three Leaf Concepts, an award-winning restaurant group that includes such iconic restaurants as Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse and Chautauqua Dining Hall, as well as Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant.

In 2010, Lenny and his wife purchased a small organic farm, Three Leaf Farm, in Lafayette, where they grow vegetables, fruits and herbs to supply the restaurants. Three Leaf Farm also offers workshops about herbal medicine, traditional foods and cooking, and homesteading skills.

In 2014, Lenny was inducted into the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame for his more than 25 years in the Boulder restaurant industry. Lenny lives in Louisville with his wife, three kids and numerous dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens.

    My Perfect Day in Boulder:
    • After breakfast, visit the farm, saddle up the horses and do a relaxed morning ride around the farm and along the Coal Creek Trail.
    • Head to Boulder and spend some time walking through the Boulder Farmer’s Market.
    • Enjoy a light lunch at the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse and afterward, go for a hike up the Mesa Trail at the foot of the Flatirons with my wife and dogs.
    • Then it’s dinner at Leaf — delicious vegetarian food — followed by an evening concert at the Chautauqua Auditorium, one of my favorite venues.
